2. Discovery Call

Next, we’ll schedule a free 20–30 minute discovery call. This is where I get to know you, your travel style, and what you're dreaming of. We’ll talk about your ideal destinations, past travel experiences, preferences, and goals for the trip.

3. Service Fee to Engage

If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a client agreement and request a planning fee. This fee covers the research, design, and concierge-level attention that goes into creating your perfect journey.

4. Proposal & Quote

After your payment, I’ll get to work crafting a custom itinerary. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with curated accommodations, experiences, and logistics that match your needs.

5. Revisions and Feedback

6. Deposit & Bookings

Once the plan is finalized, I’ll collect a deposit and begin securing all the elements of your trip. I’ll handle the bookings, confirmations, and logistics — so you don’t have to.

7. Final Details & Countdown

As your departure date nears, I’ll send packing tips, local guides, and reminders. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and ready.
